President Barack Obama's Presidential Approval Index, as tracked by RasmussenReports.com, shows a double-digit figure. He had been as low as 4-5 and had been moving up.I am not sure this number has the ouster of GM's CEO calculated into it, and I will be interested to see how the number moves given the bold steps taken with the automaker and Obama's visit to the G20 conference.
