Wooster/Wayne County was again named Ohio's top micropolitan statistical area based on its 10 economic development projects, according to rankings by Site Selection magazine. The story appears in Tuesday's edition of The Daily Record.Ohio beat out Texas for the number of development deals, so Gov. Ted Strickland received the Governor's Cup.
